03

Website information

The information on this website is provided for general information only.

We aim to keep the website accurate and up to date, but details may change.

Storage availability, pricing, insurance requirements, vehicle acceptance, facility access and concierge services are confirmed individually before any booking is accepted.

04

No automatic acceptance

Submitting an enquiry form, sending an email or requesting a viewing does not create a storage agreement.

A vehicle is only accepted for storage after Equerry 55 has reviewed the enquiry, confirmed suitability, confirmed availability, reviewed insurance and declared value information, and issued written acceptance.

05

Pricing

Prices shown on the website are guide prices unless confirmed otherwise in writing.

Storage prices may be shown excluding VAT.

Concierge services, transport, MOT work, servicing, detailing, preparation, recommissioning, supplier work, road testing and third party costs are quoted separately.

06

Vehicle information supplied by owners

Owners must provide accurate information about the vehicle.

This may include make, model, registration, declared value, insurance status, MOT status, tax status, fuel type, known faults, mechanical condition, storage term and collection or delivery requirements.

Equerry 55 relies on this information when assessing whether a vehicle can be accepted.

07

Insurance

Owners must maintain appropriate comprehensive insurance for the full market value of the vehicle at all times.

Any Equerry 55 insurance position, liability limit, declared value requirement, high value vehicle approval or additional premium requirement will be confirmed through the storage agreement.

Website information about insurance is a general summary. The insurance arrangements that apply to an accepted vehicle will be confirmed in writing before storage begins.

08

Access and appointments

Facility access, viewings, vehicle drop off, vehicle collection and vehicle access are by appointment only.

Appointment availability depends on operational requirements, security requirements and vehicle preparation needs.

09

Concierge and third party services

Equerry 55 may help coordinate services such as transport, MOT support, servicing, detailing, paint protection, storage preparation, recommissioning, photography, event preparation or specialist supplier work.

External supplier work, road use, transport, parts, labour and third party costs are quoted separately.

Where a client contracts directly with an independent third party supplier introduced or coordinated by Equerry 55, that supplier is responsible for its own work under its own terms. Where Equerry 55 contracts to provide a service, our responsibilities are not avoided merely because a third party is used to perform some or all of that service.

10

Website availability

We aim to keep the website available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, secure or free from technical issues.

We may update, change or remove website content at any time.

11

This website may contain links to external websites.

External websites are controlled by their own owners and operators.

Equerry 55 is not responsible for the content, security or privacy practices of external websites.

13

Limitation of website liability

The website is provided for general information and enquiry purposes. Storage arrangements, pricing, vehicle acceptance and insurance requirements are confirmed individually before a storage contract begins.

Equerry 55 is not responsible for loss arising solely from website information that has clearly been superseded or changed before a storage agreement is entered into.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability or statutory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will be shown on this page.
