The environment has a number
“Climate controlled” is easy to write. The useful question is what is actually being controlled.
At Equerry 55, humidity is targeted at approximately 55 percent relative humidity. Through winter, temperature is managed around ten to twelve degrees Celsius. Those are operating targets for the building, not a more expensive storage tier.
The Stable and The Keep use the same controlled environment. The difference between them is the level of ongoing vehicle care, not the quality of the air around the car.

Same reason this exists. Nowhere kept cars the way we wanted our own kept, so we built it.
Your car does not get a generic storage routine
Before storage, the car itself comes first: model, variant, year, road-legal status, expected storage period and any manufacturer instructions that affect how it should be kept.
Those instructions can differ. Battery conditioning, tyre pressures, parking brake procedure, fuel strategy, mechanical exercise and restrictions on lifting equipment are not universal from one car to the next.
Where relevant guidance exists, it is identified before the vehicle is prepared for storage so the process follows the car rather than forcing the car into one house procedure.

Condition is recorded, not remembered
Every storage term starts with a written baseline. Condition photographs, mileage, tyre pressures and fluid levels are recorded at check in before the car is prepared for indoor storage.
Battery conditioning is connected, a breathable indoor cover is used over a clean car and the keys are stored separately from the vehicle.
On The Keep, the vehicle file continues through the storage term with the scheduled checks included in that plan. The record is there so the condition of the car is not left to memory or assumption.

Car Storage Epping collection, access and delivery
Collection and delivery can be arranged from Epping, or you can bring the car to Equerry 55 by private appointment. Transport is quoted separately according to the vehicle and collection requirements.
Access during the storage term is arranged in advance. Cars can leave for events, tours, servicing or planned use and return to storage afterwards.
Concierge Management can also coordinate MOT testing, specialist servicing, detailing, paint protection, event preparation, track day logistics, photography, sale preparation and paperwork support while the car is stored.

What does The Keep add?
The Keep adds TyreDox support, a drip tray, weekly conditioner and drip tray checks, monthly tyre pressure and visual fluid and leak checks, scheduled mechanical care, condition updates on request and vehicle-file updates after scheduled care checks.
Is the car insured while it is stored?
Equerry 55 facility cover is available up to fifty thousand pounds per vehicle, subject to policy terms, exclusions and the storage agreement. The owner keeps their own insurance on the car for the whole storage term.
Do you store electric vehicles?
No. Equerry 55 does not store electric vehicles under the current facility policy.
