Every storage term starts with a written record. Condition photos, mileage, tyre pressures and fluid levels are recorded at check in before the car is prepared for indoor storage.
Battery conditioning is connected, a breathable indoor cover is used over a clean car and the keys are stored separately from the vehicle.
On The Keep, the vehicle file is updated as the planned checks are done. The record is there so the condition of the car is not left to memory.

The Keep adds TyreDox support, a drip tray, weekly conditioner and drip tray checks, monthly tyre pressure and visual fluid and leak checks, scheduled mechanical care, condition updates on request and vehicle file updates after scheduled care checks.
Is the vehicle insured while it is stored?
Equerry 55 facility cover is available up to fifty thousand pounds per vehicle, subject to policy terms, exclusions and the storage agreement. The owner keeps their own insurance on the vehicle for the whole storage term.
Do you store electric or hybrid vehicles?
Fully electric vehicles are not accepted under the current facility policy. Hybrids are accepted with the correct charging equipment supplied by the manufacturer. The charging process is agreed before the vehicle arrives.
Can you collect a vehicle from Hertfordshire?
